Harnesswala in Panvel, India, the company has grown from a single rental shop into a reputed brand with two retail outlets in Panvel and Palaspe Phata.
We specialize in customized furnishing solutions — from mattresses, sofas, curtains, and headboards to all types of cushions and upholstery fabrics. Over the years, we have built strong partnerships and are proud distributors of Nilkamal Furniture, Comfex e.p. Form, and S.N. Home Décor, while also being stockists of leading mattress brands like Sleepwell and Kurl On.

1997
Started working in elder brother’s firm during college.
1999
Start own firm in Panvel to serve the entire Raigad District.
2000
Began operations in a rental shop in Panvel while traveling daily from Mumbai until 2013.
2003
Purchased the First Shop.
2008
Purchased the Second Shop
2012
Re-entered retail by opening a showroom in Panvel
2015
Closed the retail showroom due to slow business, but continued retail operations by expanding the existing 2 shops and renting 2 additional shops.
2019
Vacated the 2 rented shops, converted the existing 2 shops into retail outlets, and shifted office to the warehouse at Palaspe Phata.
2022
Entered full-fledged mattress manufacturing by acquiring advanced machines.
2024
Opened a new retail outlet at Palaspe Phata.
2025
Celebrated 25 years in business.
